ACTS including ukuleles, drums, comedy shows and singing were applauded during Rushall school's end of term talent show as performers from all years took to the stage to show off their skills.

Pupils took part in a whole school rendition of songs from The Jungle Book and the choir sang out classic tune Do Re Mi.

Judges placed singer Lily in first place, ukulele players Freya, Kira, Abby and Holly in second and third was tied between Lucas on drums and singer Alice.

Ann Curry of Rushall School said: “After lots of auditions by our pupils, the entries were narrowed down to 9 acts. On Friday our school hall was packed with families, pupils, staff, and governors and the grand final began.

Thankyou so much to the School Council for running the show, our hosts Jack and Ben, the new Ant and Dec, parents and staff for their help and support. A huge special thank you to Mr Garcia for all of his efforts.”
