MR MORGAN ASHLEY EDWARD JONES, aged 28, of Cornfield Road, Seaford.
Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for a year for two counts of assault against a male and a female, in a repeated assault causing significant injuries to both victims. Must pay £200 compensation and £620 costs.
BRIAN STANLEY WARD, aged 65, of Dorset Gardens, Brighton, was committed to prison for six months suspended for a year for carrying a knife in a public place, namely Richmond Place in Brighton.
Must pay a £115 surcharge and £85 costs.
MATTHEW ASHBY, aged 26, of Southampton Street, Brighton, was banned from driving for 18 months and must complete 120 hours unpaid work for driving while over the limit for cocaine, cannabis and Diazepam.
He was also fined £200 for possessing cocaine and cannabis, and must pay a further £170 in costs and surcharge. He admitted all the charges.
