HORSE stables at the centre of a planning argument have been ordered to be dismantled after being refused retrospective planning permission. An appeal to keep the buildings has been lodged by land owner Kathleen Phillips, who constructed them on land at Newlands, Littleton Drew, Chippenham in 2015, which was rejected. Planners stated the buildings were in breach of the Cotswolds area of natural beauty plan.
Mrs Phillips has appealed the decision and anyone wishing to write to the planning inspectorate has until June28 to write to Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/10b Kite Wing, 2 The Square, Temple Quay House. Bristol BS1 6PN
