The Easton Royal school Zumbathon takes place on Sunday (April 29) after it was cancelled due to snow.

Registration in St John’s Academy Sports hall begins from 9.30am and starts from 10-11.30am.

Zumba teacher Anna Wilson said: "Dance is an expression, so it actually makes you feel good, all you need to bring along are your trainers and a smile!"

Parent and fundraiser Frances Stevenson, 41 from Easton Royal, said: "Zumba is a really fun way to keep fit and raise money at the same time. My husband even wants to take part but I think that is probably just an excuse to dress up in neon!"

Staff, pupils, parents and the public are set to shimmy over to the sports hall and dance along to the 90 exercise class on April 29 from 10am, with doors opening for registration form 9.30am.

Movida Zumba is based in Elcot Lane, Marlborough.
