A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after a late-night attack at the Barge Inn in Honeystreet.
The man, 54, from Pewsey, was arrested on February 1 after police were called to the scene following reports that a man had been injured inside the pub.
Paramedics treated the victim, who was a man in his 50s who had been hit on the head and suffered a minor injury. He did not need to be taken to hospital.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “A 54-year-old man from Pewsey was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.”
