I HEARTILY agree with David 
Rowland’s letter regarding Herbie the local bus driver.
He always greets my husband Ron with “Hello Staff” as he was a bus driver with First Bus Group for 40 years.
He is very helpful with the older travellers getting them on and off the bus, also with their travel aids.
Well done David for thinking of letting people know there are some good people about.
