THE whole of Devizes School, children from primary schools and 50 specially invited guests paid tribute to the fallen at 11am today.
Before the ceremony in the Quad pupils planted poppies down the centre of the square and later wreaths were laid.
Among the special guests was Deputy Mayor Andy Geddes, Chris Welham the chief executive of Wadworth Brewery, Geoff Matthews from The Royal British Legion and representatives from Help for Heroes.
Around 60 children from Wansdyke, Southbroom St James, Southbroom Infants and Rowde Academy took part in the ceremony.
