VISITORS will be able to meet firefighters, police officers and paramedics at the Emergency Services Show on Sunday (September 3).

The event returns this year, and will be held at Cotswold Airport, just north of Malmesbury for the first time this year.

As well as bringing together the various 'blue light' services, the show has raised over £150,000 since its inception, with donations being made to good causes that support the work of the emergency services or the event itself.

Visitors can find out more about the work of the emergency services in Wiltshire, and many of the charities that work alongside them.

Police dog displays, a road collision simulation, and a wide range of new and vintage emergency vehicles and are only some of the things on offer.

Chairman Chris Harvey said: “We can promise the whole family a great day out! Children will love the police car and fire engine rides, there's also a funfair, and we have a wide range of exhibits, displays and traders. This is a unique opportunity to meet your emergency services in a non-emergency setting - so we look forward to seeing you!”

The show will be open 10am-4pm, and tickets can be bought in advance at www.emergencyservicesshow.com.
