MALMESBURY firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on the A429 at Kemble this morning.
It is not thought that anyone was seriously hurt in the crash at about 6.30am.
The road is now opened again.
On Monday afternoon an 82-year-old man from Cirencester died in a crash near Kemble Enterprise Park on the A429.
A Gloucestershire Police spokeswoman said:"The two cars involved in the collision were a black Peugeot 307 driven by a 26-year-old man from Cirencester and a red Suzuki Ignis driven by an 82-year-old man from Cirencester.
"Unfortunately the 82-year-old man was declared dead at the scene.
"The driver of the Peugeot and the 76-year-old female passenger in the Suzuki were taken to Southmead Hospital, Bristol where both have undergone surgery and are now in a serious but stable condition.
"Police would like to hear from any witnesses to the collision who can help them with their enquiries. Please call 101 quoting incident number 321 of November 14, 2016."
