HUNDREDS of tickets have already been sold for a concert by Genesis tribute band Regenesis in Devizes on Saturday but promoter Ian Hopkins is hoping even more people will turn up at the door at the Corn Exchange.
He said: "Regenesis will perform The Lamb Dies Down On Broadway in its entire length with fantastic visual and sound. Ceres promotions is returning after a break of 16 years and if this is a success there will be more concerts to come."
"After putting on some legendary shows over a five year period from 1995-2000 we took a break but formed a smaller live music venture in Long Street Blues Club which is now thriving and been going for over eight years.
"However we always yearned to try and put on bigger events at the Corn Exchange.
"It is a classic venue with a very glorious past and it is a shame that it isn’t used for this type of event on a more regular basis."
Doors open at 7.30pm. Tickets costing £20 also available from Devizes Books.
