A MAN who is accused of carrying out a serious assault is to face trial by judge and jury.
Cameron McLeish pleaded not guilty to a charge of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 43-year-old, of Courtenay Road, Walcot, is said to have assaulted Andrew Latham on Tuesday April 26.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Monday December 12 and released him on conditional bail until then.
