I think a word in praise of BT is due. One day last month, I received an email from Wiltshire Online telling me the new service was available. All I had to do was contact my provider.
One phone call had me the promise of a ‘home hub’, which arrived on time, two days later.
A week after my call to BT, we arrived home one afternoon to find our download speed had increased from 1.4mb to 37mb.
Praise where appropriate.
