Living in a car park
My personal thanks for Alison Phillips’ column in the Wiltshire Times, November 28, 2014. This was the first time someone has talked common sense regarding the above issue. I am a resident in the St Thomas Road area and feel I have been forced to live on a long-stay car park, while Lovemead car park is underused. I have sent my comments to Wiltshire Council but feel I am spitting in the wind.
