Wiltshire Police are renewing an appeal for witnesses following a fatal accident on Monday on the A4 near Silbury Hill.
The incident took place on the A4 at Silbury Hill at 3.16pm when a red Austin Mini was driving east on the A4 from the direction of the Beckhampton roundabout towards West Kennet.
The driver then lost control as he negotiated the brow of a hill and a series of bends in what is believed to have been torrential rain.
The Mini span 90 degrees in the road, crossing the westbound carriageway.
The passenger side of the Mini collided with the front of a silver Audi A4 which was parked in an adjacent layby.
The Audi was then pushed backwards and collided with a red Hyundai i20 which was parked behind it.
As a result of the collision, the passenger of the Mini, 26-year-old Harriet Gormley, of Cotswold Close, Melksham, died.
The male driver of the Mini suffered minor injuries.
The road was closed for five hours as a result of the collision.
Wiltshire Police said today that they still want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or may have seen the red Mini beforehand.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Wiltshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously.
