SHERSTONFEST 2014 has announced its long awaited line-up for this year’s weekend of music, cider and events near Malmesbury.
Among those taking to the stages in Sherston from June 13 to June 14 will be popular local singer Ami Kaelyn, as well as The Darwin Republic rock band and Bite The Buffalo who wowed at last year’s BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury.
Billy in the Low Ground will be on stage on Saturday night showing off his fiddle-fuelled, hi-octane folk rock, while eastern European folk group Moscow Drug Club, who performed at last year’s WOMAD will also be playing.
Singer-songwriter Frankie Lebon, Fresh Dixie Project, Coco And The Butterflies, The Sherston Village People and high energy ska/reggae act Kilamonjambo are also due to play, and organiser Dave Shephard said: “It’s a fantastic line-up. We are really excited to have the Malmesbury rock stage on the Friday night this year.”
