Volunteers at Avebury Manor came up with a novel way of demonstrating all the work they do today.
National Trust volunteers created a poem listing all the things they do in a year and streamed the giant scroll from one of the windows at Avebury Manor.
The stunt was a way of markng the achievements of the existing volunteers and Volunteer Coordinator Chris Penny also hopes it will encourage more to come forward.
He said: “The volunteers do a lot at Avebury in a year and we wanted to demonstrate that so we thought we could incorperate everything we do in a poem to celebrate every thing we do and to get more people to come along and help out.”
