In preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games in London The Pound arts centre is hosting a commemorative performance of Much Ado About Wenlock at 7.30pm tonight.
The production from the Vamos Theatre is set in 1850 and follows residents of Much Wenlock who are competing in the Olympian Games, which was an inspiration for the modern Olympics, 46 years later.
The performance at Malmesbury School, part of the Outreach programme, is followed by one in Corsham tomorrow (Friday).
Tickets for the performance at The Pound cost £10 with concession tickets available for £9.
