A beautifully situated natural stone and stone tiled double fronted cottage in a popular row of similar cottages which enjoy stunning Cutwell valley views to the south and their own micro-climate producing vibrant gardens.

The accommodation consists of storm porch into a pretty sitting room with a natural stone feature fireplace housing a log burner and a beamed ceiling. From here there is open plan access to the fitted kitchen with a range of cream base and wall cupboards and a quarry tiled floor. The staircase leads up to the first floor landing with built in linen cupboard and skylight to the rear. The bedroom has pine floorboards and an exposed stone chimney breast plus a view over the valley. The bathroom has a modern white suite and a double glazed window to the front.

Next to the patio immediately in front of the cottage is a very useful summer house / utility room which has the potential to be converted into a second bedroom subject to the normal planning considerations. The cottage has a modern gas fired central heating boiler which was replaced at the end of 2017 and cottage style double glazed windows.

The garden beyond the patio is laid to lawn facing south and has well established borders of mature shrubs around the lawns.
