Proposed accommodation is arranged over two floors with a central hall and cloakroom. An open plan kitchen / dining room with side door out to the garden and parking area, plus a bay window with window seat to the front. There is also a sitting room with fireplace, windows to front and side and french doors out to the rear. On the first floor the proposed accommodation would provide a master bedroom with en suite shower and walk in wardrobe, with two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside, the plans illustrate a new driveway with a pair of timber gates in turn leading to a gravelled parking area, with a new Cotswold stone wall to the front boundary, the remainder being clipped existing hedging. The principal proposed garden will be to the west of the house.


From Bourton-on-the-Water take the A436 Old Gloucester Road. Follow this road to the traffic lights at Andoversford and turn left onto the A40 and immediately right onto the Gloucester Road. Continue past the Pub and the plot will be found shortly on the right hand side.
