FIVE weeks of roadworks are underway in a town in Hampshire, with works split into five phases. Carriageway resurfacing, including the removal of block paving in High Street, began on Monday, June 10. Phase 1 took place outside the Fire Station and Normandy Way, with three way traffic signals between the hours of 9.30am - 4pm.
