Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 16/05/2019 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to temporarily introduce a No Left Turn restriction on: A338 Downton Road (Part), Salisbury; at its junction with A354 Coombe Road. The restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 02 May 2019 and it is anticipated that the restriction will remain until 06 May 2019. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to: Close temporarily to all vehicular traffic: a) Blue Boar Row, Salisbury; from its junction with Endless Street to its junction with Minster Street; b) Queen Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Blue Boar Row to its junction with New Canal; c) Endless Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Blue Boar Row to its junction with Chipper Lane; d) Minster Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Blue Boar Row to its junction with Silver Street; e) Silver Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Minster Street too its junction with High Street; f) High Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with New Canal; g) New Canal, Salisbury; from its junction with High Street to its junction with Catherine Street; h) Catherine Street, Salisbury; from its junction with New Canal to its junction with Ivy Street; i) Ivy Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Catherine Street to its junction with Brown Street; j) Brown Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Ivy Street to its junction with Winchester Street; k) Winchester Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Brown Street to its junction with Blue Boar Row; l) Milford Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with New Canal to its junction with Gigant Street; m) Castle Street (Part), Salisbury; from Blue Boar Row to Chipper Lane. Alternative route: via Castle Street -Scots Lane - Endless Street - Salt Lane - St. Edmund's Church Street - Pennyfarthing Street - Gigant Street - Love Lane -St. Ann Street - St. John's Street - New Street. n) Fisherton Street, Salisbury; from its junction with South Western Road to its junction with Bridge Street; o) Bridge Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Fisherton Street to its junction with High Street. Alternative route: via South Western Road - Mill Road - Cranebridge Road - Crane Street -New Street. And to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way restriction on: p) St. John's Street, Salisbury; from its junction with St. Ann Street to its junction with New Street. And to implement temporary No Waiting at Any Time restrictions effective for all parking, loading and disabled bays on the lengths of road identified in parts (a) to (l) above. These temporary traffic measures are required to safeguard members of the public and competitors whilst enabling the OVO Energy Tour Series Cycling Event to take place. The Order will come into force on Thursday 23rd May 2019 with the exception of vehicles officially involved in the cycle race, vehicles being used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes, or the purpose of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, or with permission being given by a Police Constable in uniform or a Community Safety (CSAS) accredited marshal. Temporary road closures (a) and (c) will come into operation between the hours of 09.00 -23.59. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C299 (Part), Sedgehill and Semley; from its junction with Green Lane to its junction with Footpath SESE43 to enable Wessex Water to carry out Interim to permanent reinstatement. Alternative route: via C299 (unaffected length) - Berry Wood Lane -Britmore Lane - Anstry lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 May 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 for one day. B) Horse Hill Lane, Donhead St Mary; from its junction with C295 to its junction with Lower Coombe to enable Wessex Water to complete a permanent reinstatement to previous works. C) Milkwell (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with A30 Brookwater to its junction with Overway Lane to enable Wessex Water to carry out an interim to permanent reinstatement. Alternative route: via A30 - Overway Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 May 2019 the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 for one day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) Milford Mill Road (Part), Laverstock and Ford and Salisbury; from its junction with Peters Finger Road for a distance of approximately 55 metres in a northerly direction under the railway bridge to enable Network Rail to carry out brickwork repairs to the structure. Alternative route: via New Peters Finger Road - A36 - Milford Hill -Shady Bower - Milford Mill Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 May 2019 and it is anticipated that the closures will be required as follows: Phase 1: operating 03 May 2019 between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 until 04 May 2019; Phase 2: operating 10 May 2019 between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 until 11 May 2019. This Order will come into operation on 30 April 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 for one day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
