NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Wiltshire Council on 27th February 2019 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at The Mill, Bishops Mill, 7 The Mattings, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SPI IBD. To vary the licensing plans to include the following: Removal of one of the existing staircases from ground floor to mezzanine, reform existing steps from bar area to pub/dining area including disabled platform lift Relocation of the bar and to create a new coffee station. Form new entrance lobby in new bar area. New disabled WC to be reconstructed, reduce number of ladies WCs cubicles from 4no to 3no and gents cubicles from 2no to I no, increase urinals from 4no to 5no. Remove existing fixed seating on ground floor and replace with I no new fixed bench seat and loose bench seats. New 4no screens on die ground floor. Relocation of AWP and SWP machines. Replace jumbrellas with 2no in ground sleeves, new pergola, brick planters, planted bed and new small tree. Remove set of stairs and ramp, create new set of stairs to upper terrace. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.
