The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 14/03/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. WILTSHIRE COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTIONS 123(1) and 123(2A) NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of a sale of the OPEN SPACE at the rear of Leigh Cottage, Court Street, Tisbury. A plan showing the area of land being sold is available for inspection on request during normal office hours at Wiltshire Council's Offices at Bourne Hill, Salisbury.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A354 Blandford Road (Part), Bishopstone; from property known as Faulston Down Farm for a distance of approximately 1,918 metres in a south westerly direction to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via A354 (unaffected length) - A350 - A30 - A36 - A3094 - A354 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 March 2019 and the closure will be required daily until 21 March 2019. B) C323 (Part) Dean Road, West Dean and Grimstead; from its junction with Grimstead Road to its junction with Butterfurlong Road to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via Butterfurlong Road Chapel Hill - Grimstead Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 March 2019 and the closure will be required for one day. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: C) A345 (Part), Salisbury and Durnford; from its junction with Portway for a distance of approximately 1,150 metres in a northerly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing, ironwork adjustments and road markings. Alternative route: via A345 (unaffected length) - A303 - A360 - A36 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 February 2019 and the closure will be required between 19:00 and 06:00 until 01 March 2019. D) Waterly Lane (Part), Donhead St Mary;from its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a north westerly direction to enable HSC Worcester Ltd to replace decaying telegraph pole. Alternative route: via Waterly Lane (unaffected length) - Jenkins Corner - Church Hill and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 February 2019 for one day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, althoughdelaysarelikelydue to the nature of the works.
