SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL (A39 CANNINGTON BYPASS) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that on Friday 13m April 2018 Somerset County Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 13th March 2018, to introduce prohibition of right turn on the length of roads specified in Schedule 1. The Order comes into effect on the 171" April 2018 A copy of the Order may be inspected at (i) Somerset County Council, A Block Reception, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY or (ii) online at www. somerset.gov.uk/roads-parking-and-transport/ road-works/tro. If you are unable to access either please contact 0300 123 2224. If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
