The Wiltshire Council (Parish of Holt) Path No. 73 Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2016 and will attend at: Holt Village Hall (1st Floor Room), The Street, Holt, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 6QH On Wednesday 14 March 2018 at 10.00am To hold a hearing into the Order The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath from OS Grid Reference ST 8573- 6171, at its junction with Leigh Road, Holt, leading in a south-westerly direction for approximately 6 metres and then west-south-west for approximately 59 metres, along a track to the rear of properties in Leigh Road, to OS Grid Reference ST 8566-6169, before leading generally north-west through the adjoining field for approximately 90 metres to its junction with Footpath no.31 Holt, at OS Grid Reference ST 8559-6174, having a width varying between 0.85 metres and

2 metres on that section between OS Grid Reference ST 8573-6171 and ST 8566-6169,

as shown shaded purple on the order plan and a width of 1.6 metres on that section

between OS Grid Reference ST 8566-6169 and ST 8559-6174.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A363 (Part) Market Street/Masons Lane, Bradford

on Avon; from its junction with B3107 Silver Street to its junction with B3109 Mount Pleasant to enable Virgin Media to undertake ducting works for future development to be followed by carriageway reconstruction and associated works to be undertaken on behalf of Wiltshire Council. Alternative route via B3109 Mount Pleasant/New Road/ Springfield - B3107 Holt Road/Woolley Street/Silver Street and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 8 March 2018. It is anticipated that the closure will be required on the following dates/times:

8 March - 9 March 2018 between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00; 12 March - 20 March 2018 between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00;

21 March - 22 March 2018 (24 hours daily);

23 March 2018 between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00.

It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice isherebygiven that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Centurion Site Services to undertake railway bridge structural safety examinations: (a) C229 Fairwood Road (Part), Dilton Marsh; for a distance of approximately 30m each side of the railway bridge. Alternative route via Fairwood Road (unaffected length) - Wood Road - Brokerswood - Goose Street Wynsome Street - A361 - A36 - B3099 Clivey/High Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 5 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 22.00 and 06.00; (b) A363 Westbury Road (Part), North Bradley; for a distance of approximately30m either side of the railway bridge. Alternative route via A363 (unaffected length) - A350 - A361 - A363 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation at 23.00 on 7 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 06.00 on 08 March 2018; (c) Slag Lane (Part), Westbury: for a distance ofapproximately60m covering the area of the rail bridge. Alternative route via Slag Lane (unaffected length) -Hawkeridge Road - B3097 The Ham - B3097 Station Road - Slag Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation at 23.00 on 6 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 06.00 on 7 March 2018.
