NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Application number: 17/01463/FUL Proposed development at Bugley Barton Farm, Land South of Victoria Road, Warminster. I give notice that Persimmon Homes is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for A Comprehensive Development Comprising Demolition of the Existing Farm Buildings, Construction of 211 Residential Dwellings (Use Class C3), a New Vehicular Access, Public Open Space, Landscaping, Sustainable Urban Drainage and other Associated Infrastructure Works and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Cemetery Lane, Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a Prohibition of Driving for all vehicles with an exemption for pedal cycles on Cemetery Lane - from a point 62 metres north west of its junction with B3107 Holt Road for a distance of 154 metres in a north westerly direction. Copies of the draft Order, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Bradford on Avon Library, Bridge Street, Bradford on Avon between the hours of 10am to 7pm Monday, 9.30am to 5pm Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am to 7pm Thursdayand 9.30am to 4pm Saturday until 11 December 2017. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Shails Lane (Part), Trowbridge; the northbound carriageway only from its junction with Broad Street in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 90m to enable Wessex Water to undertake drain cover repair work. Alternative route (northbound only) via Upper Broad Street - British Row - Islington - The Down - Canal Road - Seymour Road - Shails Lane (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 12 December 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 14 December 2017. This Order will come into operation on 11 December 2017 and itisanticipated that the closure will be required until 15 December 2017. Alternative routes: HGVsvia B3098

(unaffected length) - C40 Cheverell Road - A360 - A361 - A350 - C184 Watergates - B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa; all other traffic via B3098 (unaffected length) - A360 - A361 - A350 - C184 Watergates - B3098 (unaffected

length)and viceversa. ThisOrder will come into operation on 23 November 2017 and itisanticipated thattheclosurewill be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 27 November 2017. by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to: Temporarily close to all traffic: A363 St. Margaret's Street (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its junction with B3109 Frome Road to its junction with St. Margaret's Hill; and to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on the same length of road to facilitate local access and egress. To enable: Wessex Water to install a washout. Alternative route via St. Margaret's Street (unaffected length) - Junction Road - B3109 Frome Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 11 December 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 13 December 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained
