Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Eastern Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2015 (Amendment No.1) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to amend The County of Wiltshire (Eastern Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2015 by introducing Devizes Leisure Centre Car Park to the Order, operating Monday to Sunday8am to 6pm 3 hours No return within 3 hours free of charge. Deposit copies of the Order, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C60 Etchilhampton Hill (Part), Etchilhampton; from its junction with C50 Puddles Lane in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1.5km to a point level with property Heath Knapp Cottage to enable KN Network Services to undertake overhead cable works on behalf of BT. Alternative route via C60 Etchilhampton Hill (unaffected length) - C51 All Cannings Road/Woodland Road/Patney Road/The Street - A342 - C60 Stert/Etchilhampton Hill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 December 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 15 December 2017. This Order will come into operation on 20 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 22 November 2017. Alternative route via Bushton Road - Broad Town Road - Pye Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 12 January 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

(Part), Kington Langley; from a point adjacent property 'Hill View' in a northerly direction to its junction with A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout; (b) B4122 (Part), Kington Langley; from its junction with A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 580m; (c) A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout, Stanton St. Quintin/Kington Langley; for its entire length; (d) A429 (Part), Stanton St. Quintin/Kington Langley; from its junction with A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 370m. And to temporarily introduce a 50mph speed restriction on the following length of road: (e) A350 (Part), Kington Langley/Kington St. Michael; from a point adjacent property 'Trade Winds' in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 1km to a point adjacent property 'Hill View'. WILTSHIRE COUNCIL NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER SECTION 53 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR PEWSEY RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL AREA 1952-

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PARISH OF PEWSEY PATH NO.82 AND PATH NO.82A AND THE PARISH OF MILTON LILBOURNE PATH NO.34 AND PATH NO. 34A DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2017

The above order made 7 November 2017, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them a footpath leading from OS Grid Reference SU 1704-5986, at its junction with PEWS37, leading in a southerly direction for approximately 140 metres where the path crosses over a culvert and leads in an easterly direction following the field edge for approximately 215 metres to PEWS38. The path then splits either side of Hurly Lake stream. The spur on the northern side of Hurly Lake leads in east north easterly direction for approximately 125 metres to SU 1740-5990 where it crosses over Hurly Lake via a culvert and continues in an east north easterly direction to its junction with MLIL18 at SU 1770-6009. At SU 1 730-5983 the southern spur of the path follows the stream in a south easterly direction for approximately 675 metres to its junction with MLIL 18 at SU 1789-5972.
