This Order will come into operation on 20 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 for two days. This Order will come into operation on 17 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 12 January 2018. This Order will come into operation on 22 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 24 November 2017. This Order will come into operation on 20 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 22 November 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (g) The Green (Part) Aldbourne; for a distance of approximately 20m adjacent property Hightown, 21 The Green to enable Thames Water to replace a manhole cover. Alternative route via The Green (unaffected length) - The Square - The Green (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 31 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 10.00 and 14.00. Itisanticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Devizes) (20mph Speed Limit)

Order 2017

(Previously advertised as 2016)

Notice is hereby given that on 17 October 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Avon Terrace, Colston Road, Rotherstone, Sheppard Close - the complete lengths; Couch Lane - from a point 55 metres north east of its junction with Commercial Road to its junction with Rotherstone. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on

31 October 2017.

Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: C113 Maud Heath's Causeway (Part), Kellaways, Langley Burrell; from a point level with St. Giles's Church in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 320m to enable CDL Stone Ltd to undertake repair work to the Causeway arches and flood gates. The restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 30 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the restriction will remain in force for 12 weeks. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C70 Happy Land/Waterhay (Part), Ashton Keynes, Leigh and

Cricklade; from its junction with C69 Rixon Gate to its junction with B4040 Common Hill to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out works to replace a damaged culvert under the road. Alternative route via B4040 - B4696 - C2 High Road - C70 Happy Land and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 August 2017 will now recommence on 30 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 1 December 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to: Temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following lengths of road: (a) A350 (Part), Kington Langley; from a point adjacent property 'Hill View' in a northerly direction to its junction with A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout; (b) B4122 (Part), Kington Langley; from its junction with A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 580m; (c) A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout, Stanton St. Quintin/Kington Langley; for its entire length; (d) A429 (Part), Stanton St. Quintin/Kington Langley; from its junction with A429 M4 Junction 17 Roundabout in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 370m. And to temporarily introduce a 50mph speed restriction on the following length of road: (e) A350 (Part), Kington Langley/Kington St. Michael; from a point adjacent property 'Trade Winds' in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 1km to a point adjacent property 'Hill View'. To enable: Wiltshire Council to carry out highway improvement scheme works. The restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 20 November 2017 and itis anticipated thatthe restrictions will remain in force until 31 January 2018. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) B4122 (Part), Kington Langley and Sutton

Benger; from its junction with M4 Junction 17 roundabout to its junction with B4069 Draycot Cerne to enable Wiltshire Council to undertake works for A350/M4 highways improvement scheme. Alternative routes: local traffic via B4069 - A420 - A350 and

vice versa; motorway bound traffic via (B4069/A420 - A350) - A4 - A3102 - Jct 16.

This Order will come into operation on 20 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 20.00 and 06.00 until 8 December 2017. For further information please contact Jack Francis (Wiltshire Council)
