The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 10 November 2017 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C237 Conkwell (Part), Winsley; from its junction with Blackberry Lane for a distance of approximately 200m towards Hunters Leaze to enable Wessex Water to carry out valve replacement works. Alternative route via Blackberry Lane - B3108 Winsley Hill/Winsley Bypass - C237 Conkwell (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 23 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 27 October 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is herebygiven thatthe Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C4 Mill Lane (Part), Box; from its junction with A4 London Road in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 200m to enable BT Openreach to access underground structure to connect cabling for new customer. Alternative route via A4 High Street/Bath Road - C152 Middlehill - Ben Cross - Mill Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 23 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
