PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Wiltshire Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 31st August 2017. Applicant Martin McColf Limited. Address of premises: McColb, 64-66 Redand, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SNI4 OJB. Proposed variation to the licensable acnviu'esrTo remove the seasonal restric­tions from the Sale of Alcohol hours and extend the Sale of Alcohol hours to 06:00 hours to 21-00 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption off the premis­es, change the layout of the premises and remove all conditions under annex 2 and replace with up to date conditions.
