The order comes into force on 11th May 2017, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule6 totheAct,within 6 weeksfrom 19th May2017, make an application to the High Court.

Notice is hereby given that on 9 May 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is as follows: Order 1 - To introduce a 20mph speed limit on c213 - from a point 40 metres south of the boundary of property known as 'The Village Hall' to its junction with C214; c214 - from a point 9 metres north west of property known as 'The Kings Arms Public House' to a point 16 metres east of the eastern boundary of property No.60 Monkton Farleigh; Manor Road - from its junction with C214 to a point 33 metres north of the entrance to property known as 'Manor Farm'. Order 2 -To introduce a 30mph speed limit on c213 - from a point 86 metres south of its junction with Broadstones to a point 40 metres south of the boundary of property known as 'The Village Hall'. A copy of the Orders and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation
on 22 May 2017.
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH CREATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 26 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL South Wraxall 32 (part) creation and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017 On 11th May 2017, the Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed is to create a public footpath from OS Grid ref ST 8215 6282 leading broadly west on the made path at Cumberwell Park golf course to join bridleway 26 (new path width 2 metres approx. length 560 metres) and as shown on the order map. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. The Order is made concurrently with The Wiltshire Council South Wraxall 32 (part) and Unrecorded Footpath Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017. The new footpath has been certified by Wiltshire Council A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way and Countryside Section, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0XA from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5:00. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: c225 church Lane, Limpley Stoke: from its junction with A36 Warminster Road to its junction with UC Middle Stoke to enable Wessex Water to carry out a new connection. Alternative route via C225 Church Lane (unaffected length) - C221 Crowe Lane, Crow Hill, Lower Stoke - A36 Warminster Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 5 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 9 June 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. SEcTION 118 THE WILTSHIRE cOUNciL SOUTH WRAXALL 32 (part) and UNREcORDED FOOTPATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND
STATEMENT MODIFIcATION ORDER 2017
On 11 May 2017, the Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed is to extinguish the length of South Wraxall footpath 32 at Great Cumberwell from OS grid refST8215 6282 leading north north west to path 26 (approx length 300 metres) and an adjacent used but unrecorded path (approx length 330 metres) and as shown on the Order map. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. The Order is made concurrently with The Wiltshire Council South Wraxall 32(part) Creation and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017. Notice isherebygiven thatthe Wiltshire Council hasmade an Order to implement a temporary No Waiting at Any Time restriction on: Pound Lane, Bradford on Avon;
from its junction with B3109 Frome Road on the southern side of the carriageway for its entire length. This Order is made to enable vehicular access for Bradford on Avon Day of Morris Dance (Morris Dancing Festival). This Order will come into operation between the hours of
