The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 25/05/2017 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Notice isherebygiven that the Wiltshire Council hasmade an Orderto close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works: (a) Church Road, Stanton St. Quintin; from its junction with C72 Bouverie Park East to its junction with A429. Alternative route C72 Bouverie Park East - A429 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on
11 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required on weekdays only between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 16 May 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works: (b) C83 (Part) Hare Lane/Flintham Hill, Eastcourt, Crudwell; from a point approximately 200m north-east of its junction with C76 Eastcourt Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 650m to a point adjacent to the property 'Morley Farm'; (c) C76 (Part) Eastcourt Road, Crudwell; from a point approximately 200m west of the property 'Eastcourt Cottage' in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 650m to a point approximately 150m east of its junction with C83 Hare Lane. Alternative routes: (b) via C83 Flintham Hill (unaffected length) - C85 Chelworth Road - A429 -C92 Murcott - C83 Hare Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa; (c) via C76 Eastcourt

Road (unaffected length) - A429 - C85 Chelworth Road/The Street - C90 Minety Lane/
Oakset Road - UC Flisteridge Road - C76 Flisteridge Road and vice versa. Closures (b) and (c) will be implemented in consecutive phases. This Order which previously came into operation on 10 February 2017 will now recommence on 10 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 15 May 2017; (d) Pig Lane, Norton/Hullavington; from its junction with C86 (Lord's Wood) for its entire length. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order which previously came into operation on 20 March 2017 will now recommence on 8 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until
12 May2017; (e) Surrendell (Part), Hullavington; from itsjunction with The Parklands to its junction with Deadwood Hill. Alternative route via The Parklands - C33 Grittleton Road - Deadwood Hill and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 23 March 2017 will now recommence on 9 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 12 May 2017;

(f) C87 Sopworth Lane (Part), Luckington; from its junction with B4040 School Lane to a point approximately 50m north of North End. Alternative route via C87 Sopworth Lane (unaffected length) - C68 Sopworth Road - B4040 High Street/Brook Hill/Luckington Road/Sherston Road and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 6 February 2017 will now recommence on 11 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 16 May 2017;

(g) B4040 (Part), Charlton Road/The Street/Perry Green, Charlton; from its junction with C81 Noahs Ark in an easterly direction to a point approximately 150m east of its junction with C98 Vicarage Road. Alternative route via B4040 (unaffected length) -

A429 (Malmesbury) - B4042 (Brinkworth) - B4696 (Braydon) - B4040 (unaffected length)
and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 7 February 2017 will now recommence on 11 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 16 May 2017. For further information regarding closures (a) to (g) please contact Steve Hawkins (Eurovia) on 07834503477. Orders (b) to (g) have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of the works.
