Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Orderto close temporarily to all traffic to enable
Centurion Site Services to carry out arailway bridge
inspection: (a) C10 Langford Road (Part), Steeple Langford;for approximately adistance of 25m at the
railway bridge. Alternative route via C10 Wylye Road /
Langford Road (unaffected length) - Duck Street -A36 -C283 West Street -C10 Langford Road (unaffected
length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic
to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing and road
markings: (b) Black Lane (Part), Lover, Redlynch;
from its junction with Lyburn Road for adistance of
approximately 880m in awesterly direction to apoint
adjacent 'Home Farm'. No alternative route is available;
access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 April 2017 will now recommence on 16 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until
18 May 2017; (c) North Lane / Lyburn Road (Part),
Nomansland and Hamptworth, Redlynch;from its
junction with Forest Road to its junction with Black Lane. Alternative route via Lyburn Road (unaffected length) -C44 Hamptworth Road -B3079 Lyndhurst Road -C319 Forest Road and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 April 2017 will
now recommence on 16 May 2017 and it is anticipated
that the closure will be required daily between the hours
of 07.00 and 18.00 until 18 May 2017; (d) Moor Lane (Part), Redlynch;from its junction with Grove Lane / Timberley Lane in anorth-easterly direction for adistance of approximately 1.25km to apoint adjacent Titchborne Farmhouse. Alternative route via Moor Lane (unaffected length) -A36 -B3079 Pound Hill -C44 Hamptworth
Road /Timberley Lane and vice versa. This Order which
previously came into operation on 21 April 2017 will now
recommence on 15 May 2017 and it is anticipated that
the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00; (e) C42 Woodford Valley Road (Part), Woodford;from its junction with C57 Camp Hill for adistance of approximately 1.5km in a
north-easterly direction to apoint adjacent property 'Manor House'. Alternative route via C57 Camp Hill /
The Avenue -A360 -C283 Wishford Road -C42 Middle
Woodford /Woodford Valley Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 April 2017 will now recommence on 15 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00. For further information regarding closures (b) to (e) please contact Steve Hawkins (Eurovia) on 07834503477. Orders (b) to (e) have amaximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion
routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and
businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature
of the works.
