Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2010, with amendments 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, and re-enact it in the above Order and to include additional restrictions as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Ashley Road - north side - from a point 57 metres west of its junction with Bath Road for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction; Berryfield Road - both sides - from its junction with Sladesbrook for a distance of 38 metres in a north westerly direction; Fitzmaurice Close - both sides - from its junction with Moulton Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction; Highfield Road - both sides - from its junction with New Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction; Highfield Road - south east side - from a point 58 metres south west of its junction with New Road for a distance of 16 metres in a south easterly direction; Highfield Road - north west side - from a point 58 metres south west of its junction with New Road for a distance of 14 metres in a south westerly direction; Huntingdon Street - east side - i) from a point 25 metres south of its junction with Church Acre for a distance of 5 metres ii) from a point 48 metres south of its junction with Church Acre for a distance of 7 metres; Kingsfield-south side - from a point 10 metres north west of its junction with Woolley Street for a distance of 59 metres; Moulton Dirve - south west side - from a point 20 metres north west of its junction with Southway Road (western leg) to a point 20 metres south east of that junction; Rowden Lane - east side - i) from a point 25 metres south of its junction with Moulton Drive for a distance of 6 metres ii) from a point 42 metres south of its junction with Moulton Drive for a distance of 6 metres; c) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm on Ashley Road - north side - from a point 5 metres north west of its junction with Ashley Road (School Access Road) to a point 30 metres south east of that junction; d) To revoke No Waiting at any time on Kennet Gardens - south side - from a point 52 metres east of its junction with Frome Road for a distance of 10 metres. Deposit copies of the Order, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice isherebygiven thatthe Wiltshire Council intendsto make an Order to implementa temporaryNo Waiting at Any Time restriction on: Pound Lane, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with B3109 Frome Road on the southern side ofthe carriageway for its entire length. This Order ismade to enable vehicular accessfor Bradford on Avon DayofMorris Dance (MorrisDancing Festival). Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is herebygiven that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Bewley Lane (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Mons Lane East in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 650m to enable Wessex Water to install a washout. Alternative route via Bewley Lane (unaffected length) - C155 The Wharf -Hither Way -C155 Melksham Road - West Street -Chapel Hill - Cantax Hill - Mons Lane East and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 4 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 6 May 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (b) B4069 Main Road (Part), Christian Malford and Sutton Benger; from a point approximately 170m west of its junction with Avonweir Lane to a point approximately 300m east of its junction with Station Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via B4069 (unaffected length) -A420 - A4 -A3102 -B4069 (unaffected length) and vice versa. ThisOrder which previously came into operation on 13 February 2017 will now recommence on 2 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 5 May 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of the works. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
