Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Chippenham and Chippenham Without Consolidation Order 2016 by revoking

Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 28 April 2017.
22 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and midnight until 1 June 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (d) A338 (Part), Collingbourne Ducis/Collingbourne Kingston/Burbage; from its junction with Everleigh Road, Collingbourne Ducis in a northerly direction to its junction with B3087 Burbage Road, Burbage to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing work, road markings, ironworks and associated works. Alternative route for HGVs: via A338 -A342 - A361 - A4 - A346 and vice versa. Alternative route for all other vehicles: via A338 - A342 - A345 - A4 - A346 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 2 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and 06.00 until 26 May2017. maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works: (e) Deadhill Wood Crossroads North to Surrendell Farm, Hullavington and Grittleton; from its junction with C72 Deadhill Wood Road/C33 Grittleton Road in a northerly direction to property 'Surrendell Cottage'. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. ThisOrder which previously came into operation on 31 March 2017 will now recommence on 2 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 6 May 2017; (g) B4039 (Part), Castle Combe; from a point adjacent to the property 'Woodbury House' for a distance of approximately 2.1km in a south-easterly direction. Alternative route via A420 -A46 -B4040 -B4039 (unaffected length) and viceversa. ThisOrder which previouslycameinto operation on 14 February 2017 will now recommence on 3 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours
of 07.00 and 18.00 until 6 May 2017; (h) C178 (Part), Upper
Castle Combe/Green Barrow Farm Lane, Castle Combe and Grittleton; from its junction with B4039 to its junction with C86 Rat Hill. Alternative route via C86 Rat Hill - C151 (West Foscote Farm) -B4039 and vice versa. ThisOrder which previouslycame into operation on 29 March 2017 will now recommence on 2 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between
the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 5 May 2017; (i) Priory Farm
Lane, Kington St. Michael; from its junction with C172 Grove Lane to its junction with C154 Honey Knob Hill to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route via C172 Grove Lane - C154 Honey Knob Lane and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 3 April 2017 will now recommence on 2 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 6 May 2017; (j) C172 Stanton Lane/Kington Lane, Kington St. Michael and Stanton St. Quintin; from its junction with C154 Honey Knob Hill to its junction with C72 Stanton St. Quintin. This Order which previously came into operation on 3 April 2017 will now recommence on 3 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 8
May 2017; (k) C120 (Part) Bushton, Clyffe Pypard; from a
point approximately 75m south-east of its junction with C123 Breach Lane in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1.2km to a point adjacent to property 'Merrythatch'; (l) C15 Withy Bed (Part), Clyffe Pypard; from a point approximately 80m south-west of its junction with C120 Bushton to its junction with Wood Street. Alternative routes: (k) via C120

Closures (k) and (l) will be implemented in consecutive phases. This Order which previously came into operation on 16 February 2017 will now recommence on 28 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours
of 07.00 and 18.00 until 5 May 2017; (m) Cotmarsh (Part),
Broad Town; for a distance of approximately 680m from Great Cotmarsh Farm to its southernmost point. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order which previously came into operation on 27 March 2017 will now recommence on 3 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00; (n) C120 (Part) Tockenham Road/Greenway (Part), Tockenham; from a point approximately 60m northwest of its junction with C130 Tockenham to a point approximately 160m southeast of its junction with Orchard Lane. Alternative route via
C120 Tockenham Road (unaffected length) - A3102 - C131 Preston
Lane - C120 Greenway (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 15 February 2017 will now recommence on 2 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 for four days. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE Act 1981 WILTSHIRE COUNCIL MALMESBURY WITHOUT

STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2015
On 31 January 2017 an inspector appointed by The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above order made under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the Order is to extinguish the public footpath running from Southfield Farm, at OS GR ST 9496-8677, in a south-westerly direction for approximately 77 metres, then south-easterly for approximately
118m to OS GR ST 9492-8663. The order also has the effect of
modifying the Malmesbury Rural District Council area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. A copy of the confirmed Order may be seen (free) at the Rights of Way Section, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0XA (0900 - 1700 weekdays). The order comes into force as from 01 February 2017, but if any person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act1980, as amended, or on the ground thatanyrequirementof the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 27 April 2017 make an application to the High Court.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 11 (Part), Chippenham; for a distance of approximately 50m covering the area of the rail footbridge to enable resurfacing work to be undertaken on the footbridge due to water pooling. Alternative route via Cocklebury Road - Chippenham railway station bridge and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 20 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required on weekends only until 12 June 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months.
