List of planning applications Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 17 March 2017 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2010 (Amendment No.7) Order 2017 (previously advertised as 2016) Notice is hereby given that on 14 February 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Bradford on Avon Consolidation Order 2010 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. EH20 and EH21 dated 31 March 2010 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. EH20 and EH21 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm on Berryfield Road - both sides - from its junction with Christchurch Road for a distance of 38 metres in a northerly direction; Berryfield Road - west side - from its junction with Christchurch Road for a distance of 7 metres in a southerly direction; Christchurch Road - both sides - from its junction with Berryfield Road for a distance of 12 metres in an easterly direction. A copy of the Order and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 27 February 2017.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Dodford Lane, Christian Malford; from its junction with B4069 Main Road for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 24 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 31 March 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (b) C133 Avon and East Tytherton, Bremhill and Langley Burrell; from its junction with C118 Hare Street to its junction with C113 Maud Heath's Causeway to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route via C113 Maud Heath's Causeway -C134 EastTytherton -C118 Hare Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 3 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 6 March 2017. For further information regarding closures (a) and (b) please contact Steve Hawkins (Eurovia) on 07834503477; (c) Drove Lane (Part), Market Lavington; for a distance of approximately 65m outside property know as Homestead Farm to enable Wessex Water to carry out a new connection. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 27 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 1 March 2017; (d) B3107 Silver Street (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its junction with A363 Market Street for approximately 100m in a north easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out a stop tap replacement. Alternative route via A363 - B3109 - B3107 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 1 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 3 March 2017; (e) C169 Bradford Road (Part), Atworth; western spur from its junction with A365 Bath Road outside property Nos. 118 and 119 Bath Road to enable Wessex Water to carry out a meter installation. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 28 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 2 March 2017. For further information regarding closures (c), (d) and (e) please contact Simon Phillips (Wessex Water) on 0345 6004600; (f) Kings Road (Part), Easterton; from its junction with B3098 High Street in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 200m to enable GreenSquare Construction Ltd to undertake highway drainage works. Alternative route via Kings Road (unaffected length) - Spin Hill - Parsonage Lane - B3098 High Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
