Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1. The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Limpley Stoke) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2017 2. The County of Wiltshire (Church Lane, Limpley Stoke) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Limpley Stoke) (Restricted Roads) Order 1997 and to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Limpley Stoke) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2013 and re-enact it in the above Order 1 for administrative purposes and to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of road: C221 Crowe Hill - from a point 108 metres south east of the boundary between property Nos. 15 and 16 Crowe Hill to a point 139 metres north of its junction with Church Lane; C225 Milford Lane - from the Wiltshire county boundary (approximately 90 metres from the A36) to a point 87 metres north west of its junction with Uplands Close; Uplands Close, Stoke Mead, UC 776103 (Old track to Stout Hill), Old Milford Lane (spur) - the complete lengths; Order 2 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Limpley Stoke) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2013 and re-enact it in part to take account of the proposed 20mph speed limit in Order 1. Copies of the draft Orders, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen Bradford on Avon Library, Bridge Street, Bradford on Avon between the hours of 10am - 7pm Monday, 9.30am - 5pm Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am - 7pm Thursday and 9.30am - 4pm Saturday until 13 February 2017. Documents can also be viewed online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk/troconsultations.htm Comments on the proposal together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent in writing or via the website to reach the Sustainable Transport Group by 13 February 2017 quoting reference HKB/TRO/LSTO.

Highways Act 1980 - Section 90A Traffic Calming Features - Bratton Road, West Ashton

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 proposes the installation of Traffic Calming Features in Bratton Road, West Ashton as follows: a) a Raised Traffic Table of full carriageway width at a point 56 metres south of its junction with East Town Road; b) speed cushions at a point 45 metres south east of its junction with Orchard Close. The traffic calming features will have a maximum height of 75 millimetres with a maximum ramp gradient of 1 in 13 and will form a method of reducing the speed of vehicles crossing in the interests of road safety. A copy of the plan showing the location of the traffic calming features can be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Trowbridge Library, Ground Floor, County Hall, Trowbridge during the hours of 8.30am to 7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30 to 5.30 Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am to 5pm Saturday until 13 February 2017. Documents can also be viewed online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk/troconsultations.htm. Comments on the proposal together with the reasons for which they are made, should be sent in writing or via the website to reach the undersigned by 13 February 2017 quoting reference LJB/TRO/WASHtc.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Melksham) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

(previously advertised as 2016) Notice is hereby given that on 10 January 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Berkeley Close, Carisbrooke Road, Conway Crescent, Corfe Road, Farleigh Avenue, Kenilworth Gardens, Longford Road, Radnor Place, Sarum Avenue, The Close, Wardour Place, Warwick Crescent, Waverley Gardens, Windsor Avenue and Woodstock Gardens - the complete lengths. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 27 January 2017.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:

(a) B4069 Main Road (Part), Christian Malford and Sutton Benger; from a point approximately 170m west of its junction with Avonweir Lane to a point approximately 300m east of its junction with Station Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via B4069 (unaffected length) - A420 - A4 - A3102 - B4069 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 for two days. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:



(b) C167 Tytherton Lucas (Part), Bremhill; from its junction with C112 Bencroft Hill for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to install washout. Alternative route via C112 Bencroft Hill - C113 Bremhill Road/Wick Hill/Maud Heaths Causeway - C167 Tytherton Lucas (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be
