Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2016
The above Order made on 28 November 2016, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath from OSGR SU 1875-3655, at its junction with High Street, Porton, leading north-north-west for approx
28m and then leading generally north-west through Bourne Close for approx 76m to
OSGR SU 1870-3664, at its junction with the recreation ground, having awidth of 1.46m on that section between OSGR SU 1875-3655 and OSGR SU 1872-3661 and 3.15m on that section between OSGR SU 1872-3661 and OSGR SU 1870-3664.
Acopy of the order and map may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside,
Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park,
Trowbridge, BA14 0XA, from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies may be bought thereat the price of £5.00.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to| Green, Rights of Way Officer, Wasteand Environment, Wiltshire Council, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA148JN, quoting ref no. JG/PC/27 2015/11, not later than 5pm on Wednesday 25 January 2017
and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Wiltshire Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State, (or part of it if the authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5ofSchedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) may itself confirm the order (or that part of the order). If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, in whole or in part, any representations or objections
which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close
temporarily to all traffic to enable Wessex Waterto replace/rebed amanholecoverand frame:
(a) C32 Coombe (Part), Enford;from itsjunction with Coombe Lane in anorth-westerly direction for adistance of approximately 300m. Alternative route via C32 Avon Valley Road -Lower Road, Netheravon -A345 -Enford Hill -C32 Long Street/Coombe (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 5|anuary 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.00.

to all traffic to carry out carriageway resurfacing, drainage, ironwork and road marking:
(b) UC Tuckingmill/Vicarage Road, West Tisbury and Tisbury; f m its junction with Monmouth Road to its junction with Churchill Estate. Alternative route via Hatch Lane -C43 Castle View/Windlestraw Lane -C25 Hindon Lane/High Street - Vicarage Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 December 2016 and it
is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 07.00
and 18.00. For further information please contact Atkins on 01225 730360. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that
the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions.
Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of the works. The Orders will have amaximum duration of 18 months.
