Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order
2015 (Amendment No. 3) Order 2016 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2015 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. EQ27, ER26, ER27, EU25, EV25 EX24, EY26 dated 28 September 2015 and Map ScheduleNo. ES26 dated 28 March 2016 and replacing them bytheinsertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. EQ27, ER26, ER27, ES26, EU25, EV25, EX24 and EY26 and the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. ER25 and ES25 the effect of which will be as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Charles Street - north side - from the boundary of property Nos. 14 and 16 Charles Street for a distance of 48 metres in a westerly direction (including turning head); Conigre - east and south side - from its junction with Upper Broad Street for its entire length; Conigre - east side - from the northern boundary of property No. 25 Conigre for its remaining length; Keates Close - south side - from the boundary of property Nos. 1 and 3 Keates Close for a distance of 19 metres in an easterly direction; Seymour Road - both sides - from a point 5 metres west of its junction with Melton Road for a distance of 74 metres in a westerly direction; St James Gardens - north side - i) from the boundary of property No. 37 St James Gardens for a distance of 14 metres in a westerly direction ii) from the boundary of property No. 35 St James Gardens for a distance of 14 metres in a westerly direction; St James Gardens - west side - from the boundary of property No. 35 St James Gardens to th eboundary of property No.31 StJamesGardens; The Moldens-both sides - from its junction with Frome Road for a distance of 44 metres in a south easterly direction; Waterworks Road - both sides - from its junction with Gloucester Roadforadistanceof17metres in a southerly direction;Westcroft Street-southside-from the boundary of property No. 1 Westcroft Street and property known as Twelve Bells Public House for a distance of 19 metres in a south easterly direction; Wingfield Road - north side - from the boundary of property No. 36 and 38 Wingfield Road for a distance of 22 metres in an easterly direction. b)To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am -6pm on Baydon Close -east side - from its junction with Wiltshire Drive for a distance of 58 metres in a northerly direction; Baydon Close - west side - from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Wiltshire Drive for a distance of 48 metres in a northerly direction; The Down - east side - from its junction with Downside Park for a distance of 170 metres in a south westerly direction. Deposit copies of the Order, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Trowbridge Library, Ground Floor, County Hall, Trowbridge during the hours of 8.30am to 7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am to 5pm Saturday until 19 December 2016. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is here by given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C230 Belcombe Road (Part) Bradford on Avon; between no 22 Belcombe Road to its junction with UC Wine Street for a distance of approximately 270m to enable Wessex Water to replace water main due to significant number of recent bursts. Narrow road widths and restricted route due to other services being present beneath the highway. Alternative route via C230 Belcombe Road (unaffected length)

Lane - C230 Newtown and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs and access will be maintained for residents and businesses.
This closure which follows an urgent notice will come into effect on 1 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 13 January 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. For further information please contact

Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Oak Lane (Part), Easterton; from its junction with Haywards Place for a distance of approximately 150m in a south easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out chamber replacement. Alternative route via Oak Lane (unaffected length) - Kings Road - B3098 High Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. For further information please contact Tom Wysocki (Wessex Water) on 0345 6004600; (b) Belcombe Place, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Belcombe Road in a northerly direction for its entire length to enable Wessex Water to carry out a company pipe leak repair. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents. This Order will come into operation on 28 November 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 until 30 November 2016. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0345 600 4600. The closures and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due
to the nature of the works. The
