Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) Notice of application to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water Vitacress Salads Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006. The application is to vary licence serial number 11/42/18.2/72 which authorises the abstraction of groundwater from River Test Chalk at various points around SU 42956 49377 at Lower Link Farm near Andover. The variation applied for is to add the purpose of vegetable washing, hygiene washing and gravel washing.
