) Notice is hereby given that on 13 April 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Devizes Consolidation Order 2017 by revoking Map Schedule No. EG55 dated 16 March 2020 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No. EG55 dated 25 April 2022 the effect of which is as follows: a) To introduce a new zone to the Consolidation Order which will be known as Zone B. b) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Avon Terrace - north side - i) from its junction with Colston Road for a distance of 11 metres in a westerly direction ii) from a point 67 metres west of its junction with Colston Road for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction; Avon Terrace - south side - from its junction with Colston Road for a distance of 72 metres in a westerly direction; Colston Road - south west side - from its junction with Avon Terrace for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction; Colston Road - north east side - from its junction with Avon Terrace to a point 16 metres north west of its junction with Sheppard Close; Rotherstone - both sides

- north east side - from its junction with Avon Terrace to a point 16 metres north west of its junction with Sheppard Close;

- from its junction with Colston Road for a distance of 12 metres in an easterly direction. c) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 1 hour No return within 2 hours Except permit holders Zone B on Avon Terrace - north side - from a point 11 metres west of its junction with Colston Road for a distance of 56 metres in a westerly direction. d) The Consolidation Order shall be amended by the inclusion of the following under 'PART IX Streets or part of Streets in Devizes For the Purpose of the Issue of Permits (Subject to Eligibility)': 'Zone B Avon Terrace'. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Transport, Waste, Street Scene and Flooding amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on Colston Road and Sheppard Close. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 25 April 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Jacksoms Lane (Part), Kington Langley and Langley Burrell Without; from outside property known as Jacksoms Farm for a distance of approximately 400m in north easterly direction to enable Openreach to carry out pole testing and associated works. This Order will come into operation on 15 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. This Order will come into operation on 16 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. This Order which previously came into operation on 25 October 2021 will now recommence on 25 April 2022 and the closure will be required for 5 days. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
