NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 119 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HULLAVINGTON 25 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021

On 3 December 2021, Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert Footpath Hullavington 25 situated at Farleaze Farm, Farleaze, Malmesbury in the parish of Hullavington leading from OSGR ST 8649-8326 in a broadly easterly direction for approximately 851 m to OSGR ST 8727-8338, to a new route leading from OSGR ST 8649-8326, in a broadly north easterly direction for approximately 915m to OSGR ST 8722-8347 having a width of 2m. And thereupon the Malmesbury Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 118 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PARISH DF HULLAVINGTON 26 (PART) EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021 On 3 December 2021, Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed is to extinguish the entire width of that length of footpath, over land at Farleaze Farm, Farleaze, Malmesbury in the parish of Hullavington, leading from OSGR ST 8706-8325 in a northerly direction for approximately 190m to OSGR ST 8706-8344. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Malmesbury Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 accordingly. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (KEEPERS ROAD, ROUNDWAY, DEVIZES) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) (BUS GATE) ORDER 2021 (PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED AS 2020) Notice is hereby given that on 1 December 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Keepers Road, Roundway) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2012 to remove the current physical barrier bus gate (prohibition of driving and to introduce a prohibition of driving on Keepers Road with exemptions for buses and pedal cycles only, implementing a bus gate which will operate by a camera enforcement system.

Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 13 December 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) HONEY KNOB HILL (PART), KINGTON ST MICHAEL; from its junction with Grove Lane to a point outside property known as New Priory Equestrian Centre to enable Gigaclear Limited to cany out location and clearage of blockages for fibre installation. Alternative route via Honey Knob Hill (unaffected length), Stanton Lane, Kington Lane, C72, Stanton Park, North Side of M4 Motorway Bridge South East C154 To Honey Knob Hill and vice versa. Orders A) to R) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order S) has a maximum duration of 18 months. THE CLOSURES AND DIVERSION ROUTES WILL BE CLEARLY INDICATED BY TRAFFIC SIGNS. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.



SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: FOOTPATH 22, MALMESBURY WITHOUT; from A429 leading east including the spur at Copse view until its junction with Footpath 23 Malmesbury Without to enable Groundworks associated with new dwelling construction pursuant to planning permission for 27 dwellings. Alternative route via Footpath 23, Malmesbury Without - B4042 and vice versa. THE CLOSURE AND DIVERSION ROUTE WILL BE CLEARLY INDICATED BY TRAFFIC SIGNS. This Order which was due to expire on 14 December 2021 will now continue into force until

14 June 2022 or until completion of the works, whichever is earliest. It is anticipated the closure will be required for 06 months. The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months.
