ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (WESTBURY, HEYWOOD AND DILTON MARSH) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, TAXI RANK CLEARWAYS AND ON STREET PARKING) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT N0.2) ORDER 2021 Notice Is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions In Westbury In the Westbury, Heywood and Dllton Marsh Consolidation Order 2019 the effect of which will be to revoke Map Schedule Nos. F029, FS29 and FT28 dated 20 May 2019 and replace them by the Insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. F029, FS29 and FT28, the effect of which will be a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Ingram Place, Westbury - east side - from a point 20 metres south of its {unction with Lopes Way for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction; b) To extend existing No Waiting at any time on Camargue Road, Westbury - east side - from a point 35 metres north of its roundabout junction with Westbury Leigh for a distance of 85 metres to its junction with Cob Place; Camargue Road, Westbury - west side - from a point 35 metres north of its roundabout junction with Westbury Leigh for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction; Cob Place, Westbury - south side - from its junction with Camargue Road for a distance of 8 metres in an easterly direction; Leighton Green, Westbury - east side - from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Wellhead Lane for a distance of 30 metres in a north easterly direction; Leighton Green, Westbury -west side - from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Wellhead Lane for a distance of 58 metres in a north easterly direction; c) To introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only at all times on Ingram Place, Westbury - south side - from a point 30 metres south of its junction with Lopes Way for a distance of 7 metres in a southerly direction (outside property No.9 Ingram Place). SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B3098 (Part), Edington; from its junction with Longlands Close to outside No. 12 Westbury Road, Edington to enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection and associated works. Alternative diversion route for high sided vehicles: via B3098 (unaffected length), C40, A360, A361, A350, Bitham Park, B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route for all other vehicles: via B3098 (unaffected length), A360, A361, A350, Bitham Park, B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa, and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 27 November 2021 and the closure will be required for 2 days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
