Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Pew Hill (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with the B4069 for approximately 75m in a north easterly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, patching works, ironwork adjustments and road markings. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 23 November 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 for 2 days. This Order will come into operation on 22 November 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00 until 03 December 2021. Alternative route: via A429 (unaffected length), A350, A420, A46, A4135, A433, A429 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route (HGV): via A429 (unaffected length), A419, M4, A429 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 November 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 04 December 2021. Alternative route via Dark Lane, B4040, 34042, A429, Common Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 01 November 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 until 12 November 2021. K) Footway off Fame Way (Part), Royal Wootton Bassett; from outside property Nos.20 Bardsley Close to outside property No.19 High Mead; L) Footway off Fame Way (Part), Royal Wootton Bassett; from Its junction with Fame Way for a distance of 21 Om in a south westerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out footway resurfacing, siding out and ironwork adjustment. Pedestrian Diversion Route K): west through to Otter Way and then north, east on Stoneover Lane, south through to Blain Place and then east, and vice versa. Pedestrian Diversion Route L): north and then east through to Blain Place, and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on: K) 03 November 2021 and the closure will be required until 1 November 2021; L) 12 November 2021 and the closure will be required until 16 November 2021. Orders A) to J) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Orders K) to L) has a maximum duration of 6 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order tc close temporarily, to all vehicles, the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The Order, which previously came into operation on 26 September 2021 will now recommence on 01 November 2021. It is required to enable carriageway surface dressing and associated maintenance works. The Order has a maximum duration period of 18 months. The closures however will not be implemented for the whole of the period but only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated

by the works. It is anticipated that advance signs will be deployed 2 weeks prior to the closure dates. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Closures 1 - 5 are anticipated to be required for up to five days between 01 November 2021 and 31 December 2021. Schedule: 1. Ashley Road (Part), Crudwell; from Its junction with Crudwell Lane to the Gloucestershire county boundary; 2. Cuttle Lane and Giddeahall, Biddestone and Yatton Keynell; from its junction with Church Road to its junction with A420; 3. Flintham Hill, Oaksey and Crudwell; from its junction with C85, Oaksey to its junction with C76, Crudwell; 5. Whittonditch Road, Ramsbury; from its junction with Union Street to its junction with B4192. Alternative routes (vice versa): 1. Via Crudwell Lane, Out of county; 2. Via A420, A350, A4, C86; 3. Via Newlands Green, Days Lane, Church Road, Middle Common; 4. Via C85, A429, C76; 5. Via B4192, Newtown, Scholards Lane, Oxford Street. All works will be published on the Wiltshire Council website

Alternative route via public highway and public rights of way. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 01 November 2021 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 6 months. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (B3098 AND CROOKS LANE, URCHFONT) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that on 20 October 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 40mph speed limit on B3098 - from a point 31 metres east of its junction with Walnut Close to a point 135 metres east of its junction with Crooks Lane; Crooks Lane - from its junction with B3098 for a distance of 143 metres in a northerly direction. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
