THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PARISH OF SUTTON MANDEVILLE

PATH NO.21 CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021
The above order was confirmed as made on 13th April 2021 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980,it will create a public footpath over land at Chicksgrove Manor, Tisbury from OS Grid ref ST 9716 3009 leading west north west to OS Grid ref ST 9702 3014 then north north west to ST 9701 3015 then west north west to ST 9698 3016 then leading north north west before turning west south west to ST 9694 3016. Also that length of footpath from ST 9701 3015 leading north east to ST 9714 3024. All of which will have a width of 2 metres and have an approximate total length of 393 metres. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council Area definitive map dated 1952 accordingly. The order comes into force from 13th April 2021, but if any persons aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 22nd April 2021, make an application to the High Court.

The above order, was confirmed as made on 13th April 2021, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, it will extinguish the entire width of public footpath at Chicksgrove Manor, Tisbury from OS Grid ref ST 9716 3009 leading west north west to OS Grid ref ST 9701 3013 then north east to ST 9714 3024 (approx. length 316 metres) and the entire width of that length of footpath from OS Grid ref ST 9702 3014 leading south westerly to OS Grid Ref ST 9698 3011 and from ST 9698 3011 leading in a generally northerly direction to ST 9698 3016 (approx. length 86 metres). Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) Church Hill (Part), Donhead St Mary; from its junction with Footpath 21, Donhead St Mary for a distance of approximately 100 metres in a northerly direction to enable BT to carry out access overhead cables. Alternative route: via Church Hill (unaffected length) -Jenkins Corner - Watery Lane - Church Hill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for one day. For further information please contact Kelly Traffic Management 02476642814 BT. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
B) Amesbury Road (Part), Cholderton; from its properties known as Anns Farm Cottages for a distance of approximately 260 metres in a westerly direction to enable BT to carry out tree cutting, installation of new fibre cable and associated works. Alternative route: via Amesbury Road (unaffected length) - A303 - A338 - Amesbury Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 29 April 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. C) Waters Road, Salisbury; from its junction with Stratford Road to its junction with A345 Castle Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out Carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route: via Stratford Road - A345 - A36 - A345 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 April 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 until 13 May 2021. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
