Appeal by John Kennedy against an enforcement notice served by Cotswold District Council in relation to land at Land at Williamstrip Hall, Hatherop Road, Coin St Aldwyns, Cirencester, GL7 5AT. The matters which are alleged to constitute a breach of planning control are Without planning permission, removal of a curving section of dwarf wall, carrying railings and two more stone gate piers and the construction of a dwarf wall and railings and high stone wall with pedestrian gateway flanked by stone gates piers on the land. Listed Building enforcement notice - Removal of a curving section of dwarf wall, carrying railings and two more stone gate piers and the construction of a dwarf wall and railings and high stone wall with pedestrian gateway flanked by stone gates piers on the land, and Lawful Development Certificate appeal by (Creath Estates Ltd) Land outside the entrance to Williamstrip ParkHatherop Road, Hatherop Road, Coin St. Aldwyns, Cirencester - The erection of a wall of 1m in height constructed of natural stone above existing ground level to enclose land. Debbie Moore BSc (Hons), MCD, PGDip, MRTPI, an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, will hold a Hearing opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Hearing will be held as a virtual event run by an Inspector in the normal way, but with the parties invited to join via Microsoft Teams or telephone.
