(England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 06/03/2020 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: a) Woodrow Road, Melksham and Melksham Without; from is junction with Forest Road to its junction with Lower Woodrow; b) Lower Woodrow, Melksham Without; from its junction with Woodrow Road to its junction with Forest Lane; c) Forest Lane, Melksham Without and Lacock; from its junction with Lower Woodrow to its junction with Bowden Hill to enable Ringway to carry out repairs to the culvert under the carriageway. Alternative route: via C155 - A342 - A3102 -Church Lane and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 14 October 2019 will now recommence on 17 February 2020 and the closure will be required daily until 25 February 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Gloucester Square, Melksham; from its junction with Blackmore Road for its entire length; B) Ferris Grove, Melksham; from its junction with Blackmore Road for its entire length; C) Marti Close, Melksham; from its junction with Blackmore Road for its entire length; D) Mills Road, Melksham; from its junction with Blackmore Road for its entire length; E) Vincent Close, Melksham; from its junction with Blackmore Road for its entire length; F) Tower Road, Melksham; from its junction with Blackmore Road for its entire length; G) Blackmore Road, Melksham; from its junction with C398 Blackmore Road for their entire length to enable Eurovia to carry out Carriageway Micro surfacing and associated maintenance works. No alternative route is available;access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 11 March 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 19 March 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: H) C150 (Part) Lacock Road, Corsham; from its junction with B3353 Pound Pill to its junction with Ladbrook Lane to enable Ringway to carry out footway reconstruction and replacement of damaged kerbs. Alternative route: via C150 (unaffected length) - A350 - A4 - Cross Keys -High Street - B3353 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on

I) B3107 (Part), Holt; from its junction with B3106 Bradford Road to its junction with Station Road to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via B3107 (unaffected length) - A350 - A361 - Elizabeth Way - B3106 - B3105 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 21 February 2020. J) Church Lane (Part), North Bradley; from its property known as 15 Church Lane for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out a supply separation. Alternative route: via Church Lane (unaffected length) -Southwick Road - Westbury Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 February 2020 and the closure will be required until

K) A3098 Leigh Road (Part), Westbury; from its junction with Springfield Road for distance of approximately 100 metres in a north easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out manhole cover replacement. Alternative route: via A3098

versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 February 2020 and the closure will be required until 20 February 2020. For further information please

have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
