The details of the application as applied for are as follows: Live & recorded music (Indoors): Monday-Sunday 10:00-23:00 Sale of alcohol (ON and OFF sales): Monday-Sunday 10:00-23:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Department, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER or via email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application is held at the above Wiltshire Council address. The application can be viewed by prior appointment or via the Wiltshire Council website http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premises-applications It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
