A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 21 October 2019.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: a) A345 Countess Road (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 to its junction with A345 The Centre; b) A345 The Centre, Amesbury, from its junction with A345 Countess Road to its junction with Smithfield Street to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route Eastbound: via A303 - Porton Road - Pendragon Drive - Underwood Drive - Stockport Avenue -A345 (unaffected length). Alternative route Southbound: via A345 (unaffected length) - Stockport Avenue - Underwood Drive - Pendragon Drive - Solstice Park Avenue - A303. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 05 August 2019 will now recommence on 21 October 2019 and the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 01 November 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition of Stopping, Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019
(Previously advertised as The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 8 October 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2016 (with amendments 1, 2, and 3) and re-enact it in the above Order, introduce new Map Schedule Nos. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport and Waste amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on Ashfield Road, Lowden Avenue and Wood Lane. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Marlborough) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 (Previously advertised as 2018) Notice is hereby given that on 8 October 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on A346 Barn Street - from its junction with Silverless Street to its junction with New Road; A4 High Street - from its junction with Hyde Lane to its junction

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Cuttle Lane (Part), Biddestone; from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Yatton Road to enable Ringway to carry out drainage CCTV survey and associated works. Alternative route:
via Yatton Road - A420 - A350 West Cepen Way - A4 - Cross Keys - The
Green and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly
indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 February 2019 will now recommence on 21 October 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 until 01 November 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B4528 Hardenhuish Lane (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with A420 Bristol Road for a distance of approximately 90 metres in a northerly direction to enable Ringway to carry out the removal and replacement of existing pedestrian refuge island to widen available space for pedestrians crossing at the island and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via B4528 Hardenhuish Lane (unaffected length) - B4158 Malmesbury Road - A350 West Cepen Way - A420 Bristol Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 19 August 2019 will now recommence on 24 October 2019 and the closure will be required until 01 November 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Post Office Lane (Part), Broad Hinton; from property known as Bayswater for a distance of approximately 25 metres in an easterly direction to enable Thames Water to carry out a new connection. Alternative route: via Post Office Lane (unaffected length) -A4361 - Summer Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 November 2019 and the closure will be required until 14 November 2019. For further information please contact Sophie Carter (Thames Water) on 02035 777745. B) Newman Road (Part), Devizes; from its junction with Byron Road for a distance of approximately 50 metres in an easterly direction to enable Ringway to carry out removal of automatic bollards and reinstatement of carriageway. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 12 November 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 18:00 and 00:00 until 13 November 2019. C) Willowbank (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with Mulberry Close for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out repairs to manhole cover. Alternative route: via Willowbank (unaffected length) - Blackberry Close -Stainers Way - A350 West Cepen Way - A420 Bristol Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 November 2019 and the closure will be required for one day. For further information please contact
