NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of freehold transfer the following part of its land holdings within Coulston the Community Asset Transfer Scheme to Coulston Parish Council which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes: Land Adjacent to 1 Pykesfield Coulston Wiltshire BA13 4PD.

A plan showing the area being transferred are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council's offices at County Hall, Trowbridge.

Any Objections to any of the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned (using reference 50217S1) by 4th October 2019.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Coulston and Edington) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that on 17 September 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Coulston) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 and to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads: C228 - from its junction with B3098 to a point 150 metres south west of its junction with UC 955301 Coulston Road; UC 955301 Coulston Road, UC 955402 to Coulston House Farm, UC 955403, UC 955404 Spicers Close Farm Road and UC 955405 Pikesfield - the complete lengths. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Actor any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 30 September 2019.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Lower South Wraxall (Part), South Wraxall; from outside of property known as Brookside for a distance of approximately 130 metres in a south westerly direction to enable Ringway to carry out repairs to culvert which has collapsed. Alternative route: via Lower South Wraxall (unaffected length) - Rushmead Lane - Monkton Farleigh - Manor Road - Link Lane - C215 - B3109 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily until 25 October 2019. B) Cantax Hill (Part), Lacock; from outside of property known as Cantax house for a distance of approximately 120 metres in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out repairs to manhole cover. Alternative route: via Cantax Hill (unaffected length) - Mons Lane - A350 -Melksham Road - West Street, Chapel Hill and vice versa. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: C) A3098 High Street (Part), Chapmanslade; from its junction with Dead Maids Cross to its junction with A36 to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via A36-A361 -A3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 04 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 07 October 2019. D) Atworth Lane (Part), Corsham; from its property know as Neston Park for a distance of approximately 260 metres in a southerly direction to enable Ringway to carry out repair works to eroding road. Alternative route:

via C169 Atworth Lane (unaffected length) - A365 - B3109 - Chapel Plister - Wadswick Lane - Locks

Cross - Chapel Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 30 September 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 until 11 October 2019. E) Lower Road (Part), Bratton; from its junction with B3098 Melbourne Street to its junction with Ashton Coombe to enable Openreach to carry out cabling works for a new connection. Alternative route: via Lower Road (unaffected length) - Court Lane - B3098 Westbury Road/Melbourne Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 30 September 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses

where possible, although delays are likely due to the

nature of the works.
